Wrexham is the Name

Ok so I have been working really hard on getting these panels ready for the exhibitions opening date of 17th September 2012. Below is a wire framed screenshot of the 12 panels I have been working on.

After deciding on the typography we were going to use and the layout for the panels we took some inspiration from our trip to the National Football Museum in Manchester. We noticed that some of the large scale images that were displayed around the museum were half-toned, meaning that their composition was changed to display in dots, this meant that the image could be enlarged enough to have the image display as a photograph from a distance but then turn into a kind of background image when close up.

We decided because of the size of the images we had to design with that we would use this technique to enhance our panels in the exhibition.
